This is the snippet from the email I received from ML Customer support:
"Generally speaking, panels need to be replaced every 10-15 years or more. Our service team has the parts available and can certainly walk you through the repair. The cost of SL3 panels is $1302 for the pair plus shipping."
Now, doing a little arithmetic, $650 x 2 = $1300. Maybe Melodie (what a great name for someone working at a speaker company)! quoted you a per-panel price?
