That's a good first point, though the 381 was decidedly not as good as older Wadia flagships like the S7i?
Anyone else?
I've heard a variety of DACs but no one other than Wadia seems to get that initial transient from a piano hammer right, too often reproducing it more like a metal-on-metal strike than a felt on metal one.
