There is no actual way to do this. You would need a physical ROM drive, which are not available unless you are an authorized presser.
I was researching this the other day since I can send at least a 24/96 signal digitally, and possibly more soon. No luck. Looks like BD-audio is going to be our true future for super-fidelity music.
