I have a Modwright Oppo BDP-105 with the new Oppo 77 firmware which is required to run the new IOS Oppo HD app. After upgrading streaming from my Synology NAS completely broke, files skip or don't play pretty much making streaming impossible. I do have an open ticket with Oppo but all they keep asking me to do is spin up another DLNA service on a computer, they don't seem interested in fixing their code. I should also point out that the new IOS app is terrible, when a song is selected from a list/folder, the app jumps to a play screen, leaving the list behind. If you want to select another song from the list you have to go back a page a select it. Needless to say, DO NOT upgrade to the new version if you are using Synology, you will not be happy.
