I don't know who is manufacturing these new Golden Voice tubes. Since they are from China, usually that means Shuguang, but perhaps it is some smaller company.
The thing I find interesting about how they advertise their 6CA7 tubes it that they claim they are pentode, which makes them nicer. Actually what that makes them is really an EL34. 6CA7 tubes are, by definition, beam tetrodes, this is what separates them from being an EL34, which are always pentodes.
It gets confusing when these Chinese companies purposefully confuse tube labels. Their CV181s are not CV181s and now their 6CA7s are not 6CA7s.
