Have not been to Ft. Lee to see how moving all the tanks & guns has gone after the $billions spent on building up the R&D work at Aberdeen over the past 10yr, or so.
We kept our boat in Havre de Grace and sailed by the proving grounds every time in & out. When they were testing a rail gun we always bemoaned not knowing it was about to happen as it was amazingly loud coming across the water.
