Room dimensions aside, listening near-field with a setup which maximizes the speakers/sweet-spot triangular area for optimal SPL would essentially accommodate for most amp/speaker combinations. The tradeoff is the triangular area yo get to enjoy. If you want to keep those speakers and also drive them with flea-powered tube amps, you need to sacrifice those triangle dimensions.
