My daughter had just learnt to crawl that day- I turned my back on her for less than 30 seconds & she crawled over & touched the HOT KT88's in my Sonic Frontiers Power 1. I was going to place the tube cage back on that night now that she was actively crawling.
She screamed & a big burn blister appeared. Trying to explain to the Medical Centre Staff what a Valve/Tube amplifier was, was daunting- but they eventually got the picture & were happy that I wasn't torturing her!
She NEVER went near my system again - once burnt, twice shy.
