There are a couple of schools on Klipschorn. One would be the vintage tube route, McIntosh MC 30 for example. Another school would be something like an Accuphase Class A 50 watt per channel amp. Super fast and super clean. Being a Mcintosh guy, for early SS sound I would go with a MC 502 50 watts per channel with power guard to help protect your tweeters for old school. Another choice would be one of Mcintoshs integrated pre-amp- amps. Something like a restored MA 6200. Or just for an amp the MHA 100 50 watts a channel basic amp, that is also designed to drive the new low impedance head phones that are so popular now days. Ayre and Krell make some really fast amps, but they can be a little on the sizzly side, IMHO.
