Just got back from a Philadelphia area demo of the Momentum monoblocks by Dan, himself. It's the second event at which I've heard them...very impressive, indeed.
They were driving Wilson Sashas, tonight, and I had heard them with both Sasha and Alexandria, previously. The source (I'm pretty sure) was Dan's Sooloos Media Core 200 through his Meridian 808 CD player. Cabling was Transparent...I'm guessing in the Reference Series, not Opus, but I didn't check. The shocking thing about this evening was that the amps were, literally, finished, this morning...so talk about new out of the box!!
He did mention, briefly, his upcoming stereo amp ($25K, I believe...same chassis as the monos), and pre-amp ($28K, I think). Pre-amp due to be at CES. They have some other products coming down the line, but, at the moment, they are working, feverishly to fill the Momentum orders they have.
