Thanks! Will this just be a software update for the Conductor app? or will there also be a firmware update for the Aurender unit as well?

In the mean time, please send a remote support email request via the Conductor app (Settings>Help>Send remote support email). Our SW engineers are in Korea, where it is already early Saturday morning. I cannot guarantee that they will be able to take any action until Monday, but if you are experiencing this problem, it wouldn't hurt send the support request. We may be able to push a patch to your Aurender to fix the issue sooner.
