This is Ari with Aurender tech support.

The bug reported in this thread is a known issue with the current software version. We have a universal update planned to launch on Monday which will fix this annoying bug.

In the mean time, please send a remote support email request via the Conductor app (Settings>Help>Send remote support email). Our SW engineers are in Korea, where it is already early Saturday morning. I cannot guarantee that they will be able to take any action until Monday, but if you are experiencing this problem, it wouldn't hurt send the support request. We may be able to push a patch to your Aurender to fix the issue sooner.
