Lars-

"Relatively" speaking, adding 20 amp circuits is very cost friendly and running two opposed to one does not double the total cost.

Alternatives to your full box:

Have the electrician use twin breakers, two breakers on one slot. Code Depending.

Install a larger panel. This would take some time and be the most costly option.

Use one sub panel with room to grow just in case.

It's my understanding IF Possible, to keep the breakers for the audio on the leg of the box that has the least noise. IE not the leg with A/C units, furnace, well pump, refrigerators etc. Other more knowledgeable folks please chime in as to my accuracy on this. Also, good grounding is essential and have the electrician tighten up all connections in the box while it's open. The screws holding the wire do loosen up.
