You have DC leaking into your mains. Transformers don’t like DC in mains and they buzz/hum when they do. You can measure this with a voltmeter. Some other equipment is causing this. Typically large flat panel displays with switching mode power supplies. You can start unplugging other electronics until the hum goes away to isolate the cause. PS Audio used to have a device called Humbuster which removed DC from the mains. Time to time these show up for sale.
