Stuff happens. Every Time we turn it on the possibility exists for something breaking.
I'm presently working on a developmental aircraft and some of the electronics are $1,000,000.00 a piece and there are at least forty of these gizmos in play at one time. They break and we repair them. Anything made by man and even those things not man made will break.
Thank goodness nobody was hurt, that is the bottom line.
