Given your system components, I would say that the Denali 6000/S is the perfect match. And the Alpha v2 XC is best cost/performance cable for the Denali. Good choice.
I think what crion2 is saying, is that if you had any thoughts of ascending to Everest level sometime in the future, that you might want to get the Sigma v2 XC power cable for the Denali. This gives you a higher level of performance in the here and now with the Denali. And it ensures that you have ideal power cord for when, and if, you upgrade to the Everest.
