When I sent my Delos back to have checked out, Jonathan returned it back to me within 8 weeks. He re-adjusted everything and sent me back a "bench queen", not sure I will ever use another cartridge with the kind of customer service they give.

Shout out also to Alasdair @ Audioquest also for great USA Lyra customer service.
