Over the years, I've sent (3) Lyra carts back to Lyra, (here in the states, Audioquest handled the actual transaction). These took exactly 6 weeks from the day I sent them to the day I got them back.
IMHO, Lyra is one of the best companies out there. Jonathan Carr is an amazing designer and a wonderful guy. If need be, he can get involved.
