So I was up until 1 am cleaning records with my Klaudio RCM. The RCM has nothing to do with the (not so slight?) imperfections I'm seeing in some LP's.
As for outer sleeves, I had already bought them, so I am using them. The inner sleeves make way more sense, it would seem.
