You need to set up an account with a image hosting service like Picasa, etc. I use Imageevent, but I pay for it for a whopping $24.95 a year. You can mail your camera pic to your computer, and then upload to your image hosting service by browsing and selecting the pic for upload. Then once uploaded, just copy the link to the pic from your image host, and paste into your message using the "landscape icon" in the toolbar above the posting field to insert an image. It will insert the appropriate codes, just like when you insert a link to a URL, or want to cap or italicize text.
