I have a similar story to Audioguy. My first high end component was a Classe Cap-2100 integrated which I upgraded to from a Nakamichi Amplifier One. The immediate thing which strikes you with a high end component is the incredible build quality & weight The little Classe struggled with my Alto's 87db load however & was replaced with my current Boulder amps which have really grabbed the Alto's by the scruff!
