Anyone who is paid such a salary which can afford high end gear should have enough brains to put together a setup. But keep in mind, some people earn more than what pro installers charge per hour so it makes more financial sense to have someone else do it.
Installing and tweaking is % 75 of the joy for me, therefore I don’t let anyone touch my gear even if they offer to pay me. Thru pro installers only products often irritate me for this reason. You have to pay them to watch you do it or source the products/ software via grey market.
