Yeah, I'm kind of upset about it. The dealer-and I won't mention names-is great when it comes to buying equipment. Lets you take your time, let's you listen on your own and so on. But I've not been impressed with their service after purchasing new equipment from them and this isn't the first time. I mean, I understand that I'm out of state and I'm probably going to have to be charged something. But I got the sense that I was a bit of an annoyance with my issue.

Here's question for the more experienced buyers out there. What if I call a different Focal dealer and talk to them? They are actually closer to me and I think they just started carrying Focal recently. Do you think they would offer any help or am I SOL because I didn't buy from them?
