MCD301 Question
I have been running my MCD301 through the balanced fixed outputs. Tonight, I changed the outputs on the SACD player to balanced variable out. To me, it sounds a little clearer. I plan on running it this way for a couple of weeks to get used to the sound, then go back to fixed out and see if I feel there is a difference. Now the question: should I run the variable out at 100%? If I do, will I get distortion? Right now it's at 95% and sounds fine. Whaddya think?
