Any thoughts on whether this could work for a c2300 preamp and mc275 amp?

1. Could c2300 stay within a cabinet like this or does it get hot?
2. Would mc275 have to go on top or could it go inside?
3. Unit seems to be leather outside on top of metal. Any issues with this?
