Guys

Have used the Venom HDMI in several of my systems over the years. However they have all been 1080p. This cable has always been rated to about 10.2 Gbs

When I upgraded to my current 4K HDR/Dolby Vision setup, I knew that 18Gbs would be required so I upgraded to an active optical cable but also needed to run a 30ft section.

I would not be surprised if using the Venom HDMI one would get acceptable 4K performance at less than 2m.

I am sure that upgraded HDMI cable are probably in the works.

Edward
