Joeling........This is such ridiculous advice. There have been many reported issues with this plastic tonearm from owners who bought into the 3D printed tonearm hoopla. Advice like this on how to repair a tonearm's factory defect is just one of several reasons why I would never consider this product. In my opinion, VPI should replace your tonearm with the latest version that supposedly fixes the drooping issues, or swap it for one of VPI's more traditional tonearms.
