Sorry to hear that Tommy. That must be really frustrating.
An idea would be to give up the Auriege option for your preamp and try an other Shindo preamp.
There might be a problem with your electric installation. Matt surely tried it in his place before sending the Auriege back to you. I suppose that you tried to plug the preamp in other places of the home ? Do you have this transfo hum while nothing is connected to the Auriege ?
Well, at least, you probably have one of the best audio dealer in the US so you will be treated beyond expectations.
