I purchased a used MC-150 just about a month ago and the front glass was broken in shipping due to the seller doing a poor job of packing unit. I contacted McIntosh Labs Parts Dept, spoke to Brian and ordered a replacement which was in stock. I replaced the glass myself after doing some research on line and a youtube video of a similar Mac product. Brian @ McIntosh was most helpful and professional. A very positive experience ordering the glass on the phone.
