Excellent receivers and should 'play well' with the Minimus 7s. Still discrete outputs on the CR-620 (the later 640 went to powerpac outputs, which are impossible to find today). Used a CR-820 for many years and a good friend uses to this day. My 'bench system' is a CR-800 as it has pre-outs, which are handy. Member dgwojo on the AK forum sells long-life bulbs for a very reasonable price when you replace same (need a soldering iron). A can of Deoxit Pro Gold should take care of the scratchy controls. Case is simple to remove.
