Thanks everyone! I am very happy I pulled the trigger one this one. I forgot how much fun it is to set up a new turntable. I went back and forth on what type of isolation system I was going to use. I wanted one that would work with my dust cover and settled on making my own platform out of hardwood and painting it black. I used 5 IsoAcoustics Orea Boudreaux isolation discs under the platform; this worked out perfectly. Overall the set up was easy, it took a little time to dial in the cartridge, although I used the VPI jig to set up the cart, I do want to find a more precise alignment protractor. The most challenging part was getting the new cables laid out.

After two weeks of settling and many hours of listening. I have come to the conclusion the combination of the Prime Signature, Soundsmith Zephyr MIMC Star ES and Synergistic Research Atmosphere X Euphoria cable loom is next level amazing, you are immersed in the presentation. As soon as the stylus hits the record its time get up and flip to the other side, I find myself getting lost in the music, the speakers just disappear. I am blown away by how low the noise floor is and the width of the sound-stage. My set up has never been this neutral and revealing, I am hearing new details in LPs I have listened to for years.

I am very satisfied for now, Soon, I will pick up Bob’s Devices VPI Integrated SUT and further down the road add the VPI Fatboy Tonearm.
