All this is getting a little complicated with HiRez. But I manage my library with Media Monkey and use JRiver as my music server.
The nice thing about MediaMonkey is that is will automatically convert down to the resolution you specify for a portable device. So I can keep everything on my server in native format and don't have to manage 2 different quality libraries. Just drag the music to my iPod and let MM worry about the rest.
