yeah, i have been reading about rolling tubes and due to the fact i’m in a remote area, and not able to simply swing by a store to get spare parts.... i’ve actually ordered a spare pair of russians 6n6p and a pair of JJe88cc
as they seemed to be a good bang for the buck option...
looking forward to sharing my thoughts on them!
i know equalizing ain’t seen as a “good practice”, but i also have an old ADC in my “stack” that might be able to fine tune the sound to my ears....
