I have a problem with the dCS Rossini CD drive. I only use it as a CD player using the remote without the Rossini App! When I try to play a hybride SACD (of course the CD-layer) it can initially read the disc and also the total number of songs in the TOC will display correctly (e.g. 15 tracks), but when I press play it starts counting time but after 1 second it stops and the tray is opened again.
There is no damage or dirt on the CD. Does anyone has this experience with the Rossini player?
By the way when it is playing a CD it sounds great!
Only the drive mechanism makes a awful lot of noise when it is trying to read CD's and when its opening or closing the tray. I didn't expect this amount of noise for a dCS player of 22K€...
I don't know if this is related to my problem previously mentioned?...
