I've heard both but not in the same system. They are both excellent amps and in many ways very comparable. I believe the Pass to be slightly more rich in the midrange however the KWA150SE is much less expensive. If you need more power running the MW as monos x 2 is less still expensive and also runs the first few watts in pure class A mode as well. As I'm sure everyone here knows I'm a huge fan of ModWright and believe they produce phenomenal products. I don't think you could go wrong either way.
