Default Irrational But Efficacious

I just bought a used copy of the Ayre CD Irrational But Efficacious and ran it on my Oppo BD205 at about 40% on the McIntosh MA8000. After, I played a jazz recording of my own making through my Teac X1000R. I have to say, it just sounded overall better.

What did this CD do to my amp? Well, whatever it is, it was a noticeable improvement. Not earth shattering, but just more clarity and coherence. Anyone use this CD?

I think I'll run it on the little bedroom system and the Woo Audio headamp as well.
