Have you tried this combo with and without the Ps-520?

anyone else in EU that has any experience using the PS520 ... im asking because i heard from a dealer (Accuphase) that in most EU country a power supply
is not necessary and I been split whether I should invest in better power (PS520), power amplifier (p7000) or a dac (dc37)
