Unhappy networking with the 8003

does anyone have the 8003? I just had mine replaced because it had problems with the unit, ( would not pick up the sub, - switching and sound drops)

but I had no issues with my networking conct. I have vista 64-bit

Now, I hate to say this, because this is really my first time with marantz, but I am not really blown away with their tech support.

My new unit came in, no problems with the sub or sound drops, but for some reason, I can not get conct. to the network on this unit. no matter what we did, even my dealer could not do it. we called tech supt. and one person think joe or john didnt really want to be on the phone, you could tell, he didnt really help, and then at the end, to just end the call, he said, well if you have vista 64 you cant conct. - so when we said, thats not true, because my other unit had no problem with vista, he had no answr.

called again, new tech person, said, it should be able to cnt. but said something is wrong with your computer.

nothign is wrong with my computer, i have not changed any settings, or anything.

Any ideas? strange because it worked before, then it just stop.

thanks for your thoughts
