I've had this set up for 4+ years. Longevity is the strongest sign of something that fits the bill well.
The MM cartridges go straight into my Shindo Monbrison.
I would not trade my setup for one of those $80K monster turntable or any modern turntable. They may be quieter, smoother, more accurate, etc., but this setup has "soul" and heart and deliciousness.
