Are you sure you shouldn't check out the new Vitus two box phono preamp. A snip at 60k
Seriously if you are getting into Vinyl and I mean that lightly when I say "get into" as we know we you that you go full tilt into it you should consider the ne plus ultra phono preamps as well.
Boulder's own 2008 is worth checking out. Aesthetix's Rhea signature is also very nice but I have heard problems with the electronics inside the Rheas (reliability issues) so much that my dealer told me not to buy it even though he sold it. I bought the Nagra VPS instead.
THen you have the choice of a step up and a ultra high end Japanese phono preamp like the Zanden, Lyra Connosieur, Kondo. I would definitely have the Zanden and Lyra on my shortlist
