You might want to revisit this decision. While vinyl is difficult/time consuming to digitize due to timing issues, etc., using software like dbPoweramp, downloading your CD files in a lossless format like FLAC is a no brainer. I did my thousand, or so, CDs casually over the course of about a month, including back-up on two HDs & two micro SDs. The only digital media I plan to hang on to are SACDs until I figure out how to easily download/playback. Vinyl is a different story.
