Ok I’ve had a play with my settings to compare. I’ve been using my connection as LFE mostly. When I switch to stereo and select me speakers 803d3 the sub volume goes down greatly. Even when I set input to +10db it still isn’t as loud. Switch back to LFE and the boom is back. Not sure exactly why.
My preamp is the Yamaha 5100 so I can set the sub crossover setting on that instead. So I still get some crossover control on LFE connection. Not sure if possible on your amp. But try with the input to LFE to see if that affects the volume.
