Hi Stefan

Boy you touched a nerve on this one Its getting to the point that it takes longer to get approvals with the reems of paperwork these days than it does to design and manufacture a product !!!

Anyway, we carry ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) approvals and stickers for the North America BIT units. This is an Ontario based electrical approval, but it is widely recognized within North America. The European models have the CE sticker.

We are also starting the process of getting TUV reports for our BIT units which would allow us to get country specific electrical approvals for Australia, South Africa and some other countries that require special treatment.
