I have a similar room in that our lounge is about 6m x 6m - this then extends into a slightly raised dining and kitchen area which is slightly offset to the lounge but forming a further 6m x 4.5m area.
I wasn’t quite sure how this space would work but my dealer and more importantly me found it works fantastic for the 800D3’s as they’ve got lots of space to breathe and really open up. The bass doesn’t overpower the room, but there is plenty of it! It did take me a while to get the speakers in the optimal listening position which for me is around 2.5m apart tweeter to tweeter, and around 3.25m from listening position to the tweeter.
Once you get them set up right with the right electronics, they sound really impressive!
