I haven't compared a bridged pair of MC275's to the MC75 mono blocks so I'll leave that discussion to Dan and others who have.
The McIntosh website comparison tool shows the specs between the MC2310, MC75 and MC275 as follows:
S/N below rated output: 117dB 110dB 105dB
Dynamic Headroom: 1.2dB 1.5dB 1.2dB
These specifications show that there are measurable differences between the designs. My take is that mono blocks generally have inherent advantages over their stereo equivalents given their separate signal paths and additional power supplies and some of these advantages may well apply with a bridged pair of stereo amps. The MC75's are a great choice with well matched speakers delivering amazing dynamics but there are obviously better choices out there for less efficient loads.
