I am sure others will post answers to your questions, but may I suggest an email or similar to Paul McGowan at PS Audio would bring you, probably, more information than you would know what to do with. He is a straight-ahead guy and, in my experience, will not give you a load of BS and claim his product(s) are better than anything else.
