This is true. The 1700MK2 is one of those Technics greats. I just installed a fresh new auto return belt (#39 O-ring) and it now operates as good as new again.

The Nak 303 and 505 are both great decks. If I had to choose between one of these and a Dragon, I'd be hard-pressed to make up my mind as the "flipper" decks really are unique and somewhat rare vs all of the other regular decks out there.

Yeah, my ancient Oly E-300 DSLR (going on nearly 10 years old) still churns out great looking pics with that Kodak 4/3 sensor. And while having some of that old gear was fun to watch late at night with the lights off, it was just too much clutter. Now this system actually looks almost as good as it sounds.
