Audirvana Users Favorite Settings
Calling all Audirvanana users. I am curious what you have found in order to produce the best sound.
I recently upgraded to version 3 and have been down the rabbit hole of another upgrade path. Last night I spent some time reading and decided to try the up-sampling settings.
Traditionally, I dislike upsampling or the like, but after reading folks swearing by upsampling to DSD, I gave it a shot. (I don't have a DSD compatible DAC, so I settled on 2x upsampling.
I am surprised how much better it sounds. To my ears, even MP3's have lost quite a bit of that digital edge.
This has lead me to believe there may be some other settings I am missing out on.
What have you found to be the very best settings to make the most out of your Audirvana software?
