You may ask a local car detailer to try to polish them - polishing may remove the scratches, IF they are not deep enough. If they penetreted the paint to the primmer, then I'm affraid the only option is a full respray.
In any case - I would try to polish them first (do not do it by hand ! - you need a machine polishing and an experienced hand) and see how many scratches would be left. Then go from there.
I would not bother with the midrange driver, as the damage pictured shouldn't affect its performance and seems not to be really visible.
