Kitchen table at emerils mgm is solid.
Thai: lotus of siam.
American fish at aria was solid when it opened - especially at the bar. Lobster Wellington still likely on the menu.
Julian at aria for tapas also solid (gambas).
Bouchon (restaurant) for epi bread and chilled shrimp.
